1. Who we are
Bohdan Dev (“we”, “us”) provides ADHD Calendar (the “App”). Contact: support@adhdcalendar-fast.online
2. What the App does
ADHD Calendar is a visual day planner for organizing routines, tasks, focus blocks, energy check-ins, and related notes. You can use the App in guest mode (data stays on your device) or create an account for optional cloud sync across devices.
The App is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition.
3. Data we process
- On your device: Plans, schedules, preferences, wellness check-ins, and content you enter are stored locally when you use guest mode or before sync.
- Account & cloud sync: If you sign in (email, Sign in with Apple, or Google), we process account identifiers and content you choose to sync on servers we operate to provide backup and multi-device access.
- HealthKit (optional): If you add a Sleep tracker node on the Plan board, the App may read sleep duration for that day from Apple HealthKit. Health data is used only to display it in the App and is not sold.
- Notifications (optional): If you enable reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. We do not use notifications for marketing unless you opt in separately.
- Advertising: The App may show banner ads (Google AdMob) on the Today tab. Ad partners may collect device identifiers and usage data according to their policies. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK)
Where GDPR-style rules apply, we rely on contract (to provide the App), legitimate interests (security, improvement, support), and where required consent (e.g. optional HealthKit access or notifications).
5. Retention and deletion
We keep information as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the App. You can erase local data in Settings, delete cloud data when signed in, and delete your account where offered. We delete or anonymize server copies within a reasonable time unless law requires retention.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) appropriate to the service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the App if you are under that age.
8. International transfers
If servers are located outside your country, we take steps consistent with applicable law to protect your information.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact support@adhdcalendar-fast.online to exercise these rights.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version at this URL and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
