1. Agreement
By downloading or using ADHD Calendar, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
2. Not medical advice
ADHD Calendar is a planning and organization tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical or mental health care. Always follow guidance from licensed clinicians. Bohdan Dev is not liable for medical or health decisions you make using the App.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region and not barred from using the services under applicable law.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify support@adhdcalendar-fast.online if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the App (for example: no unlawful content, no attempt to break security or overload systems, no reverse engineering except as allowed by law).
6. Fees
Core planning features are offered free of charge. Optional paid features, if added later, will be described in the App Store listing and in-app before purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and content we provide are owned by Bohdan Dev or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Third-party services
The App may integrate third parties (e.g. Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, AdMob, Apple HealthKit). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bohdan Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
11. Apple App Store
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required by Apple.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where allowed by law.
